If it’s true that the person we become 5-to-10 years from now will be determined by the relationships we make and the books that we read, then it is also true that the things we listen to on a regular basis will also be a factor in where we end up.

To that end, I’m sure that I’m not the only one that thinks the mind-numbing radio is becoming more-and-more negative and lacking in redeeming qualities.   Even the good radio stations are lackluster in the area of education and true inspiration and motivation.

It is for this reason I am a HUGE advocate for holding ourselves hostage in our own vehicles and turning them into traveling universities designed to deliver positive, educational content while we are traveling in them.  After all, the average person is said to spend between 1-to-2 hours a day driving.  I say, what an awesome opportunity to get a little bit better while you’re traveling.  Hmmm…
