A life without struggle and pain is a life void of growth and gain.  So, count it all joy and remember as you’re going through that you’re actually “going through” and you’re destined to eventually reach the other side to usher-in the new and improved “you” with a BIG smile.  So keep-on moving.

I tried to keep it short and sweet today before you start on your way in an attempt to make your week GREAT!

Think you’ve got big problems?  Well, try getting nine of your good friends together and all of you write down your biggest problems or concerns and throw them into a hat.  Then shake the hat up real good and reach in and pick out a problem to adopt as your own.  The chances are after seeing the problem you get you’ll probably want to trade up for your own original problem back.

Yes my friends, I’ve always said that if you don’t have any problems in life, you’ve got a huge problem in life.  Problems are just a part of life and if we’re not careful those problems can make us say “Uncle” and give up on our most important goals and dreams.

Don’t let life’s problems, adversity, troubles and struggles choke your dreams and passion out of you.  Understand that your problems today are necessary for you to become better tomorrow.  So hang in there and continue to overcome one day and one problem at a time and you’ll be just fine.

Keep leaning forward and continue in your efforts to Make it GREAT!!!

Living in a world where “sex” sells, “drama” dominates, “chaos” is a cash-cow, “profanity” is profitable and “raunchy” and “risqué” rules the airwaves and cyberspace, one of my biggest struggles and challenges has been trying to attract and maintain the attention of the masses long enough to deliver a positive message.

I must admit that it’s becoming extremely harder and harder to compete with video games and internet-cyberspace.  The mind-numbing TV shows, radios, picture shows and videos are managing to seduce most of the general public into accepting a mediocre mindset.  Yet I fight-on.

I fight on because I know my cause is noble and just.  I fight-on because my mission is worthy of my best efforts.  I fight-on because I was created for a task such as this.  I fight-on because evil can only prosper and grow if good men/women stand by and do nothing.  I fight-on because my boys want to be like me and they’re watching my every step.   I fight-on because someone somewhere is unknowingly waiting to be Inspired, Motivated or Educated by my positive message and content.

In spite of the existing challenge, my #1 goal hasn’t changed a bit.  I still aspire to remain relevant and produce positive, life altering content in a very competitive market.  “I think I can, I think I can, I think I can,” were the famous words spoken by the “Little Engine that Could”, but my emphatic word-phrase is, “I know I can, I Know I Can, I ABSOLUTELY KNOW I CAN !!!

Today I have no shame in admitting that I need all the help I can possibly get from my friends both on and off-line.  So I say to you today, if you’ve ever been blessed by any of my work, writings or content, don’t keep it to yourself.  Feel free to refer others to my Facebook page and my website and blog regularly @:  www.MrBreadCrumb.com and www.CedricCrawford.com.

There’s sooooo much more positive content to come in the days ahead in the form of Books, CD’s, DVD’s, MP-3’s, Podcast, Live Events, etc, etc, etc…  So keep tuning in and be sure to tell a friend or two or TEN!

I’m on a mission to help others to Make it GREAT !!!

It just gets better from here.  So Spread the Word !!!

The ladder of success that contains rungs of those who have been dishonored, disrespected and abandoned is doomed to eventually come crashing down.

That’s right my friends, if we choose to put-down, walk-over and step-on others to get to what we want, we shouldn’t be surprised if we find ourselves all alone with an empty nest and a shallow existence when we reach the top of our ladder of success.

The truth is that any type of success gained at the expense of leaving others in a wake of abuse and exploitation is doomed as ill-gotten gains.  So if you commit to honor and take care of a few people you will then open up the opportunity to be blessed with many more, for this is a law that was created by our creator himself.

We should always remember that at the end of every day the key to Making it GREAT has absolutely nothing to do with being ‘selfish’ but everything to do with being ‘selfless’.

Our ladder of success should always be leaning against the right building and made up of others who we have helped to also be successful so when we inevitably reach the top we will have a host of authentic, genuine smiling faces to share our success with.

I believe the late, great Zig Ziglar said it best when he said, “If you help enough people get what they want in life you can have everything you want in life.”

So get-on out there today and continue in your noble efforts to keep helping others to Make it GREAT!  You’ll be glad you did.  🙂

I’ve observed over the years that just like all snakes go through the process of molting to change their skin every few years, we too as humans have to engage in the same process of change as it relates to our level of maturity.  And, although the molting change for snakes can literally happen overnight, for us humans it can take several years.

Yes that’s right folks, in most cases we’re not the same person at age 40 as we were at age 20.  Our life challenges and struggles shape and mold us over time and the old version of ourselves is eventually molted off.  The unfortunate reality is that this change is not always for the better and in some cases the molting process never happens.

Yes it’s true that some of those among us can be found guilty of growing old but never really growing up.  Some may continue to retain their childish, immature ways of ‘stinking thinking’ and maybe in some cases not even thinking at all.  They continue to live their lives today as if there is no consequences for their actions tomorrow.  They continue to allow their past hurts, hang-ups and internal rage to bully them into engaging in reckless, self-destructive behavior over-and-over again.

To this end, I invite you to join me today in sending a collective message to those who need to hear these words.  “Grow Up!  Choose to take back control and remove the bully of the memory of your bad past from your life.  You don’t have to let the old ‘you’ of yesterday define the ‘you’ of today.  You can choose to embrace the molting process of positive change and install a new belief about who you are and what you’re capable of.  Today is indeed a new day and the first day of the rest of your life.  So adopt some new positive philosophies and principles and get on your way to Making your life GREAT!  You’ll be glad you did.”  🙂
