If “Good Intentions” without actions and work were enough, there would be no need for apologies. And if “apologies” actually achieved results, then someone would probably find a way to make them into a pill form and sell them by the bottle.

No my friends, the only thing that really matters is what we say followed closely by what we do. And if we make a habit of not doing what we say and following through, the person that ultimately we’re really disappointing and letting down is ourselves. Yes my friends this is true because if our words are void of reinforced actions, we then run the risk of eventually becoming undependable and irrelevant to those around us.

So, my unsolicited advice for us all today is to be sure to take good care of our words by backing them up with our supportive actions, because like-it-or-not, somebodies watching us and they’re taking good notes of our example. So let’s give them something good to write about. This is no doubt one of the most important keys to Making it GREAT!

Our time shouldn’t be measured by the minutes in the months, but by the memories in the moments. So, be sure to make your moments memorable because you can’t get them back.

I thought I’d keep it short and sweet for you tonight. 🙂

Let’s continue to Make it GREAT! See ya at the “P.I.E. in the Sky” Experience!!!

I was just recently reminded of a commonly misunderstood fact that I uncovered and discovered years ago. This discovery was a turning point in my life that answered a question that had puzzled me for many, many years up until that day. In fact, it is the very reason why I’m still doing what I do today and I have no doubt that it’s discovery just may be equally as impactful for you.

So what is this commonly misunderstood fact that kept me puzzled and confused for so many years until it’s uncovery and discovery? Well, here goes…

In terms of working in an area of one’s passion, think it NOT strange that every moment of involvement in your area of passion will NOT feel good and be full of joy.

Yes my friends, there may be certain things or activities associated with what we do in our area of passion that we don’t necessarily like. Some things may even be uncomfortable or down-right dangerous in the process of walking in our area of passion. But at the end of the day, our love for that “Passion” thing has to be so strong that it makes all the discomfort and danger worth it to keep moving along.

Simply put, we’d have to be two kinds of crazy and three kinds of foolish to think that we will enjoy doing what we do in our area of passion every day of the week and twice on Sunday’s. NO my friends, NOT every day will be filled with smiles. NOT every hour will be packed with power. And, NOT every minute will have happiness in it. But in spite of it all, loving the reason for our life’s season of doing what we do should ultimately get us through.

Those short moments of complete exhilaration when you’re reminded of why what you do is so important should brighten your day, lighten your way and help you to stay. Those splashes of brilliance that flash by in the twinkling of an eye should keep your spirits high and maybe even occasionally make you cry.

So I say to you today, HANG IN THERE MY FRIENDS and may the love of your passion for what you do continue to justify the troubles and the struggles in your daily actions and help you to continue to push to Make it GREAT!

GREAT DAY!!!

History has taught me again and again that if we say and do the things that we believe, we will then begin to attract those people who believe the same as we do. So since this is true, my unsolicited advice to you today is to keep saying and doing the things that you believe in and don’t be surprised when others eventually start to step up and step in to lend a hand.

And that’s the key breadcrumb to Making it GREAT. 😉

GREAT HUMP DAY!!!

Contrary to popular opinion, I believe that the best relationships don’t actually have happy endings. They actually have no ending at all. They just keep going and going and going. May your relationship reflect the same.
